Beth C. Rogers, Esq. – Owner & Lead Attorney

Beth C. Rogers, Esq. is deeply committed to fighting for the rights of New Jersey workers. For more than 20 years, Beth has represented clients from a broad range of the employment spectrum.  She has aggressively litigated sexual harassmentemployment discrimination, and whistleblower/retaliation cases to fight against severe injustices suffered by her clients. She has also obtained appropriate accommodations for her clients with disabilities, so that they can continue to work to their full potential.

Beth graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1992, where she focused her studies on human rights.  In 1995, Beth graduated from Rutgers University Law School, where she was an editor of the Women's Rights Law Reporter.

After law school, Beth clerked for United States District Court Judge John C. Lifland.  She then worked as an associate at the firm Sills, Cummis, & Gross in Newark, New Jersey.  This gave Beth the experience of litigating matters from the side of management.

Between 1999 and 2005, Beth served as New Jersey Deputy Attorney General in the employment litigation and counseling section, gaining extensive trial experience.  Beth was honored to be a DAG assigned to represent the New Jersey judiciary in regard to employment issues.

Since 2005, Beth has used her experience and skills to represent employees against their employers, in cases involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, failure to accommodate an employee’s disability and breach of contract.

Beth has given presentations on issues in employment litigation to countless employers throughout New Jersey in an effort to prevent wrongful conduct before it occurs.  She has also published articles on employment law in XpertHR.com.

Beth has also served as an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University teaching employment law and legal ethics for over fifteen years.

Beth is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey.  She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
