Beth C. Rogers, Esq. – Owner & Lead Attorney

Beth C. Rogers, Esq. is deeply committed to fighting for the rights of New Jersey workers. For more than 20 years, Beth has represented clients from a broad range of the employment spectrum.  She has aggressively litigated sexual harassmentemployment discrimination, and whistleblower/retaliation cases to fight against severe injustices suffered by her clients. She has also obtained appropriate accommodations for her clients with disabilities, so that they can continue to work to their full potential.

Beth graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1992, where she focused her studies on human rights.  In 1995, Beth graduated from Rutgers University Law School, where she was an editor of the Women's Rights Law Reporter.

After law school, Beth clerked for United States District Court Judge John C. Lifland.  She then worked as an associate at the firm Sills, Cummis, & Gross in Newark, New Jersey.  This gave Beth the experience of litigating matters from the side of management.

Between 1999 and 2005, Beth served as New Jersey Deputy Attorney General in the employment litigation and counseling section, gaining extensive trial experience.  Beth was honored to be a DAG assigned to represent the New Jersey judiciary in regard to employment issues.

Since 2005, Beth has used her experience and skills to represent employees against their employers, in cases involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, failure to accommodate an employee’s disability and breach of contract.

Beth has given presentations on issues in employment litigation to countless employers throughout New Jersey in an effort to prevent wrongful conduct before it occurs.  She has also published articles on employment law in

Beth has also served as an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University teaching employment law and legal ethics for over fifteen years.

Beth is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey.  She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Leonard S. dePalma, Esq. - Of Counsel

Attorney Len dePalma has been Of Counsel to our firm since 2015.

Len has practiced law in New Jersey for over thirty years. He is known as a fierce advocate and has had tremendous success with his cases as a result of his dedication and non-stop work ethic coupled with very finely honed legal skills.  Len served as Legal Counsel to the Little Ferry Rent Leveling Board where he successfully handled a variety of matters with sensitivity and integrity.  He also served on the Little Ferry Board of Adjustment from 1985-1986.

In 1994, Len was asked to be a member of the Board of Trustees of CompCare, a nonprofit behavioral health care provider.  Between 1994 and 2000, Len served on the CompCare Board of Trustees where he was able to execute meaningful resolutions to protect the interests of individuals with mental and/or behavioral health issues.  Len has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Berkeley College.

Beyond his legal career, Len has been a volunteer to the Bergen County National Eagle Scout Association and was the Court of Honor Chairman from 1987-1990.  Len also continues to volunteer his time to the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, and was named the Pi Kappy Phi National Volunteer of the Year in 2004.

Len earned a B.S. from Seton Hall University and a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall Law School.

Neal J. Berger, Esq. - Of Counsel

Attorney Neal Berger has been Of Counsel to our firm since 2009.

Neal has been practicing law for nearly forty years. His extensive knowledge of the law, coupled with his powerful advocacy skills, has resulted in countless successful verdicts and settlements. Judges throughout New Jersey know Neal to be a passionate litigator who pays close attention to the details. Neal has also been a Panelist on the Early Settlement Panel in several counties for over 25 years. He received his BA degree cum laude from University of Bridgeport and was on Law Review at Seton Hall Law School.

Wendy Cotroneo - Paralegal and Office Manager

Wendy Cotroneo has been with our firm for one year. Prior to joining our firm, Wendy was a paralegal at a well-known New Jersey employment defense law firm for many years. That experience gives Wendy the insight to examine cases from management’s point of view.
